About Me

I was born in Italy where I trained in the art of cooking before moving to Germany. There I began my professional cooking career as a chef.

My desire to learn different types of cuisine brought me to Edinburgh, where I have enjoyed learning and cooking food from different countries and cultures. I have worked as a chef for over 16 years.

Although I have a passion for all things food, I specialise in Italian, French, British and Mediterranean food.
