I couldn't fault Marco for professionalism, quality of cooking, service etc. It was a wonderful night and it was so lovely for our hosts to relax and join us at the table when on so many occasions this isn't possible for hosts. Marcos menu was exquisite. It has changed my opinion on polenta that's for sure. My review was a big thumbs up and 5 across the board.
